Hi, we live in Louisiana and I just purchased a 2002 650 Savage last weekend. Rode it this past weekend in Mississippi; had a nice ride on back roads; highway riding was not too great, but overall not bad -- kept up with the Goldwingers. We have been to T.W.O. many times on our bikes. I rode a Goldwing Trike for a few years and then a Virago and a 1100 Shadow; my husband has a sport bike; we are planning to make another trip this spring to T.W.O. That is really a cool place.
